Suntrace GmbH is an independent consultancy specialised in the development and realisation of large-scale solar projects (CSP/PV). The company’s expertise covers the full project life cycle, from concept and feasibility up to financing, implementation and operation. Suntrace advises governments, research institutions, project developers and investors. Our focus is on emerging markets and developing countries. Suntrace offers advisory services covering the areas of solar resource, technology and engineering as well as financing and investment. Solar resource includes solar resource assessments, site characterisation and solar radiation measurement. In the area of technology and engineering, Suntrace covers technology selection and design, techno-economic optimisation, owners engineering and technical concepts. With regard to solar investment solutions, Suntrace supports project development into bankability and investors to identify and optimise value of suitable projects. In mandated project development, Suntrace services the full management of project development until ready to build maturity.
