SB 62: Former ISES President Dave Renné meets with European Young Engineers (EYE) SB 62 delegation

The European Young Engineers has been serving as the voice of young engineers from all engineering disciplines in Europe for 30 years.  EYE representatives had reached out to ISES HQ a few days prior to SB 62 to explore the possibility of holding a meeting during the event to identify areas of common interest between EYE and ISES.  At the meeting the EYE delegation, led by Ms. Célia Pedro, described EYE activities such as their annual online conference (to be held in July) and the different countries in which they work.  Dave told them about Young ISES and the upcoming Solar World Congress in Fortaleza in November, which comes just prior to COP 30 in Belém (EYE will send a delegation to COP 30 as well).  EYE’s activities at SB 62 are summarized in their SB 62 Magazine.
