Record submissions to Renewable Transformation Challenge 2025!

We are proud to report a record number of submissions to this year's ISES and Elsevier Renewable Transformation Challenge!

By the end of the submission deadline last week, we received a record 153 applications from all around the world - an absolute highlight since we started the challenge in 2017!

Now, all entries have entered the jury review phase and over the coming weeks, we will announce the top 10 entries and finally, the winner of this year's challenge who will receive the prize money of 20.000€ to further develop their project and who will present their project to our global solar community during the awards ceremony at this year's ISES Solar World Congress 2025. 
The Renewable Transformation Challenge was established by ISES and Elsevier in 2017 to recognize and honor outstanding work towards a world powered by renewable energy and with accessible energy for all.
